International Conference on Business Management and Entrepreneurial Development (ICBMED)
Since its inception in 2015, the International Conference on Business Management and Entrepreneurial Development (ICBMED) has served as a leading platform for scholars, industry experts, and policymakers to exchange ideas that shape the future of business and economic transformation. Hosted annually by the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA), the conference brings together diverse voices to explore innovative research, emerging trends, and practical solutions that drive sustainable development across Africa and beyond.
Conference Programme
Our conference programme features a dynamic blend of knowledge dissemination and knowledge exchange sessions as well as networking opportunities.
These include but are not limited to:
An informal evening to meet fellow delegates, speakers and partners.
Leading scholars, policymakers and industry leaders share their perspectives on the conference theme.
Expert panels debate key questions, with time for questions from the audience.
Authors present accepted papers in parallel track sessions, followed by discussion.
Researchers present their work as posters and discuss it one-to-one with delegates.
A celebratory dinner with awards for the best papers.
